Welcome From The General Manager
Hello, my name is David Horsford, but please call me Dave. You see, I've
been here since we opened in 1986 as Maryland's first Acura dealer, and
for the past 11 years this has become my second family and second home.
In a world of choices we've all decided that in order to become successful
we must take a different approach than that which is typical of a car
dealer. I know you know what I'm talking about if you've done this
before. Investing in a new or used car should be an exciting time for you
and it is my undying commitment to provide what is necessary to make that
happen. If I do say so myself, we're doing an awesome job of just that.
What I mean by that is that we satisfy more Clients than any other dealer in
the area. Every day, and I do mean every single day, another one of our
Clients calls, faxes, writes, or even stops by my desk to extend their
gratitude for a job well done by one of my staff. Of almost 300 Acura
Dealers, ROSENTHAL ACURA is in the country's top 5 in CSI (Customer
Satisfaction Index). I'm excited to share with you that once again
ROSENTHAL ACURA has been recognized by the manufacturer as a Precision
Team Award Winner! We owe it all to you because this award is based
entirely on customer surveys ... parts, service, and sales.Don't just take my word for it. I encourage you to come see what we are all about. If you know anyone that owns an Acura, see what they think. But more specifically, if that Acura was purchased and serviced with us, ask that someone what their overall experience has been with our dealership.
