My name is John Haddad. I am an integral member of Rosenthal Acura's progressive sales team. I support each team member in being responsive to our clients' needs and wants. Our clients enjoy a business climate that is fair, hassle-free, and economical (with regard to time, and financially). Since my first year here, 1994, I have personally been successful by recognizing that my clients are individuals seeking our products and services for their own reasons. As an employee, and as a Rosenthal Acura customer, I am proud to be part of such a client-oriented organization.

Rosenthal Acura is a special place for its clients and its employees. I bring a unique variety of experience to our dealership in support of our salespeoples' efforts. As a high school student, I made a business out of coordinating maintenance and repairs for cars owned by my clients. I offered a special ownership experience. In 1985, as a lot attendant at an area dealership, I had my first position in the car business. Today, I ensure that our staff has the resources it needs to fulfill the commitments they make to our clients and themselves.

In December of 1994 I purchased my new Acura right here as a client just like yourself!. Four months later, I joined the team. I currently rank in the nation's TOP 1% of sales leaders in the Customer Satisfaction Index. I am also excited to share with you that I have earned the title of "Salesman of the Year" for 1996 and 1997. I plan to continue by now helping you drive away in your new Acura.
