In addition to the important benefits listed below, it also includes special features such as Acura Concierge Service, a source of special travel benefits available to Acura owners. The following Acura Roadside Assistance benefits are available to you throughout the term of your 4-year/50,000 mile Acura warranty. The Acura Roadside Assistance program is furnished at no additional cost to you.
Toll-Free Number: 1-800-594-8500 - Call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, from anywhere in the U.S. or Canada to access any of the Acura Roadside Assistance services. 24-Hour Roadside Service - Should your Acura run out of fuel, require a battery jump, or need a flat tire changed, Acura Roadside Assistance will dispatch a unit to deliver a necessary quantity of gas, change a flat tire with your inflated spare, or arrange a battery jump to allow you to proceed to your destination. Just Sign And Drive - No Cash Outlay - With the Acura Roadside Assistance Sign and Drive Service, in most instances you will require no cash outlay for the services performed. Just sign for the service and Acura Roadside Assistance handles the rest! 24-Hour Emergency Towing - Acura Roadside Assistance will arrange to transport your vehicle to the nearest Acura dealership or qualified repair facility in the event of a mechanical disablement involving your Acura that renders it inoperative. Your vehicle must be accessible to our dispatched transport unit (as determined by our local facility) to receive this service. (Please note: You will be required to pay up front for warranty repairs performed by any facility that is not an Acura dealership.
